Delete Your TerminPlus Account

If you want to delete your TerminPlus account and associated personal data, you can request deletion using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

  1. Open the TerminPlus app
  2. Go to your Profile page
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email from the same email address linked to your TerminPlus account.

After your request is processed, your account and personal data associated with your use of TerminPlus will be permanently deleted, except for any information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.

Deletion timeframe

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 days from the date of verification of the request.

For security reasons, account deletion requests submitted by email are only accepted if they are sent from the same email address associated with the account, or if additional ownership verification is successfully completed.
